1. Preamble and Acceptance of Binding Terms

Welcome to ANAS CANADA for Immigration Inc. ("ANAS CANADA," "we," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement that governs your access to and use of our website, located at www.anascanada.ca (the "Site"), and all services provided by us. By accessing, Browse, or using the Site and its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are prohibited from using our Site and services.

  • No Guarantee of Outcome: You explicitly understand and agree that the services provided by our RCIC are for informational and advisory purposes. We do not and cannot guarantee or warrant a successful outcome for any immigration application, as the final decision rests exclusively with the relevant government authorities. This is a fundamental term of our service.

  • Pricing and Payments: Prices for all services are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without prior notice. We accept the payment methods displayed on our Site and reserve the right to cancel any transaction if we suspect fraud or a violation of our terms.

8. Subscriptions and Recurring Services

For any subscription-based service, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it. You can manage your subscription settings or cancel at any time through your account. We will provide a notification prior to each renewal to remind you of the upcoming charge.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

  • Limitation of Liability: ANAS CANADA for Immigration Inc., its RCIC, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity, arising out of your use of the Site or our services. Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the services in question.

  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ANAS CANADA, its RCIC, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your improper use of our services, or your violation of any laws or third-party rights.

11. Force Majeure

ANAS CANADA shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this Agreement due to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, or labor.

12. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada.

13. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Booking Policy, constitute the entire and final agreement between you and ANAS CANADA, superseding all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
