What changed

Newfoundland and Labrador's Office of Immigration and Multiculturalism (OIM) added a new round to its table of Invitations to Apply (ITAs). On November 4, 2026, OIM issued 25 ITAs:

  • NLPNP: 24
  • AIP: 1

The previous round listed on the page was on November 2, 2026, with 50 ITAs, all under the NLPNP.

Who it affects

The round concerns candidates who submitted an Expression of Interest (EOI) to OIM. According to the page, OIM launched the EOI Model for all economic immigration applications on February 19, 2025. OIM reviews EOIs and issues ITAs in batches throughout the year, using its EOI prioritization criteria to guide its decisions.
