Government fees and taxes

  • Government fees are separate. Fees charged by IRCC, ESDC, the provinces or Québec are paid to the government and aren't part of our fees. See the IRCC fee list for current federal amounts.
  • Taxes are shown before you pay. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout and on each invoice, and appear before you confirm any payment.

Payment schedule

Consultations: paid in full when you book.

Full services are paid in two parts:

  1. 50% file-opening fee when you sign the service agreement. It covers opening your file, setting up your client portal and administrative onboarding. The file-opening fee is non-refundable.
  2. The remaining 50% before we submit your application, once all your documents are ready.

Two-stage programs

For PNPs (including Alberta's AAIP and the other provinces), the AIP, the RCIP and FCIP, Québec's PSTQ and PEQ, and any other program with a provincial or community stage before the federal permanent residence (PR) application:

  1. File opening: you pay 50% of the PR professional fee ($2,200 for the principal applicant plus $500 per additional family member), the non-refundable file-opening fee. We create your Express Entry profile where applicable and, where relevant, submit an expression of interest (EOI) to a province or program.
  2. Scenario A, an Express Entry invitation (ITA): we prepare your PR application, submitted once the remaining 50% is paid.
  3. Scenario B, a provincial or program invitation (a provincial ITA, or an AIP, RCIP or FCIP employer or community step): we prepare that application, and when it's ready you pay the provincial-stage fee of $1,100 plus tax for it to be submitted. Once the nomination, endorsement or recommendation is approved, we prepare your PR application, and you pay the remaining 50% before we submit it.

Example: a principal applicant and a spouse means a PR fee of $2,700, so $1,350 at file opening. Then either $1,350 before the PR submission (Express Entry), or $1,100 plus tax for the provincial stage and then $1,350 before the PR submission.

Québec: the Québec stage (PSTQ or PEQ, then the CSQ) is provided by Québec-recognized immigration consultants working with ANAS CANADA. Same logic, with the CSQ fees ($1,100 for the principal applicant, $500 per family member, plus tax) as the Québec-stage payment.

Refunds and cancellations

  • If you don't attend and haven't cancelled (a no-show), the consultation fee is forfeited.
  • If a technical problem on our side interrupts the call, we reschedule at no cost.
