What it is

Full handling of your permanent residence application to IRCC by Anasse Boulbaroud, RCIC.

That covers Express Entry (your profile, then the application after an invitation), permanent residence after a provincial nomination, an Atlantic Immigration Program endorsement or an RCIP or FCIP community recommendation, and family-class applications.

We prepare the forms with you through our client portal, check every document, submit as your declared representative and deal with IRCC until a decision is made.

Who it's for

  • You meet the requirements of an Express Entry program and want help with your profile and application.
  • You've received an invitation to apply and need a complete application within IRCC's deadline.
  • You have a provincial nomination, an AIP endorsement or an RCIP or FCIP recommendation and now apply to IRCC.
  • You're applying with a spouse or partner and children, and want one person tracking every document.
  • You're in Canada on a work or study permit and ready to move to permanent residence.

What you get

  • A written service agreement with the scope, the fee and the timeline.
  • Your own access to Lexova, the client portal we use, one of the most advanced client portals for immigration files (see how it compares): forms tailored to your case, a personalized document checklist, progress tracking and secure messages, so your file stays accurate and complete and is easy for you and your consultant to follow.
  • A check of every document against IRCC's requirements before anything is submitted.
  • Your Express Entry profile created or reviewed, and your application prepared after an invitation.
  • Submission to IRCC with Anasse as your declared representative.
  • Follow-up with IRCC until the decision, including requests for documents, medical exams and biometrics.

What it doesn't include

  • Government fees: IRCC processing fees, the right of permanent residence fee and biometrics.
  • Third-party costs: language tests, credential assessments, medical exams, police certificates and translations.
  • An invitation to apply. IRCC decides who is invited, based on CRS scores and categories.
  • Representation before the Immigration and Refugee Board or the Federal Court.
  • No guarantee: IRCC decides every application.

How it works

  1. Consultation

We look at your situation and confirm that this service fits before you commit to anything.

  2. Service agreement and file opening

You get a written agreement with the scope, the fee and the timeline. At signing you pay 50% of the fee, the file-opening fee. It covers opening your file, setting up your client portal and administrative onboarding, and it's non-refundable.

  3. Your Lexova client portal

You work in Lexova, the client portal we use, one of the most advanced client portals for immigration files (see how it compares). You complete forms tailored to your case, upload documents to your personalized checklist, follow your file's progress and exchange messages and documents securely. It keeps your file accurate and complete, and makes tracking and file management easy for you and your consultant.

  4. Preparation

Once your forms and documents are complete, we review everything and prepare the application with you. For most standard applications this usually takes about 3 business days; complex files take longer.

  5. Second payment

When the application is ready, we send you the invoice for the remaining 50%.

  6. Submission

Once it's paid, we submit your application to IRCC as your declared representative.

  7. Follow-up until the decision

We follow your file, answer requests for documents or information, and keep you informed until a decision is made.

Processing times are set by the government and change often. For current estimates, see IRCC's processing times page.

What to prepare

  • Passports for you and every family member included.
  • Language test results (IELTS, CELPIP, PTE Core, TEF Canada or TCF Canada).
  • An educational credential assessment (ECA) for studies outside Canada.
  • Reference letters for your work experience, with duties, hours and pay.
  • Proof of funds, if your program requires it.
  • Marriage or relationship documents and your children's birth certificates.
  • Police certificates and medical exams come later. We tell you when.

Price and payment

Principal applicant$2,200
Each additional family member$500

Example: a couple with one child is $2,200 + $500 + $500 = $3,200 in professional fees, before taxes and government fees.

Provincial and community programs (PNP, AIP, RCIP, FCIP) and Québec are two-stage: the same fee is paid in two halves, with a provincial-stage payment in between if a province or program invites you. Our provincial programs service explains both scenarios.

Estimate your fee

  • These are professional fees only. Government fees and third-party costs, such as biometrics, medical exams, translations, police certificates and courier, are separate.
  • Applicable taxes are added to each invoice and shown before you pay.
  • The final price can vary with the complexity of the case, urgency, prior refusals and any extra services. It's set in your written service agreement before you pay anything.

Questions

What does the $2,200 cover?

Preparing and submitting your permanent residence application to IRCC as your representative, and following it until the decision. Your service agreement lists exactly what's included for your case.

How long will it take?

Once your forms and documents are complete, we usually prepare a standard application in about 3 business days. After that, IRCC sets the pace. Check IRCC's processing times page for current estimates.

Can you raise my CRS score?

We can't change the rules, but we check that every point you're entitled to is claimed correctly and explain which factors you could still improve, such as language results.

I want to live in Québec. Is this the right service?

Québec selects its own skilled workers. The Québec stage (the CSQ) is part of our Québec services; the IRCC permanent residence application that follows is handled here.

I'm going through a provincial or community program. How is it billed?

As a two-stage file. You pay 50% of this fee at file opening; if a province or program invites you, $1,100 plus tax for the provincial stage when that application is ready; then the remaining 50% before we submit your PR application. With an Express Entry invitation, there is no provincial-stage payment.

No one can guarantee an immigration outcome. Decisions are made by IRCC, ESDC, the provinces and Québec.
