CRS score calculator

Estimate your Comprehensive Ranking System score under the Ministerial Instructions in force since 25 March 2025, checked on 10 October 2026. Every factor is included: core, spouse or partner, skill transferability and additional points.

1Marital status

You're scored as a single applicant.

2Age and education

A foreign credential needs an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) less than 5 years old.

3Official languages

Test results must be less than 2 years old.

4Skilled work experience
5Additional points

Job offers no longer give CRS points. IRCC removed arranged-employment points on 25 March 2025.

This calculator gives a general estimate based on the Ministerial Instructions for Express Entry (in force since 25 March 2025) and the answers you enter. It isn't advice or an eligibility assessment, and it creates no client relationship. The score IRCC calculates in your Express Entry profile is the one that counts.

IRCC's online tool can show a lower score in two cases where it doesn't follow the Ministerial Instructions: TCF Canada at NCLC 4 in your first language, and the French bonus when your English test is PTE Core.
