With Anasse Boulbaroud, RCIC #R706303
What it is
A 30-minute video consultation with Anasse Boulbaroud, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (CICC licence R706303).
We look at your profile, the programs that may fit, and anything that could get in the way. You leave with a clear list of next steps, in the order that makes sense for you.
It works whether you're just starting out or already partway through a process.
Who it's for
- You're starting out and don't know which program fits you.
- You've read IRCC's pages but aren't sure how the rules apply to your case.
- You've had a refusal, a status problem or a letter from IRCC and want to understand your options.
- You're in Canada on a work or study permit and want to plan your way to permanent residence.
- You're an employer in Canada and want to know how hiring a foreign worker works.
What you get
- A review of your situation against the programs that may apply: federal, provincial and temporary.
- Plain explanations of the requirements that matter for you, and the risks we see.
- Direct answers to your own questions from a licensed RCIC.
- A clear list of next steps: what to do, in what order, and which documents to start gathering.
- If you'd like us to handle your application afterwards, a written service agreement with the scope and fee.
What it doesn't include
- A full check of your forms and documents. That's what the application review is for.
- Preparing or submitting an application. A consultation on its own doesn't make us your representative.
- No guarantee of an outcome: IRCC, ESDC and the provinces make every decision.
- Job offers. We don't offer, find or arrange jobs.
How it works
- Choose a time
Pick a free slot on the booking page. Times are shown in your own time zone. Book at least 24 hours ahead.
- Sign the consultation agreement
Before you pay, you read and e-sign a short agreement, as the College's Code of Professional Conduct requires. It sets out the scope, the fee and Anasse's licence number.
- Pay online
The fee is paid in full when you book. Applicable taxes are shown before you confirm.
- Get your confirmation
An email arrives with the date, the time in your time zone and your Zoom link.
- Meet on Zoom
You talk with Anasse Boulbaroud, RCIC, in English, French or Arabic. In-person meetings in Calgary can be arranged.
- Decide what comes next
Carry on by yourself, book an application review, or ask us to handle your file under a written service agreement.
What to prepare
- Your questions, written down, most important first.
- Your passport and, if you're in Canada, your current permit or status document.
- Language test results and an educational credential assessment (ECA), if you have them.
- A short summary of your education and work history, with dates.
- Any letters from IRCC, including refusal letters.
- A quiet place, a stable connection and a device with a camera.

Questions
Is the consultation by video or in person?
By video on Zoom, so you can join from anywhere. If you're in Calgary and would rather meet in person, email us and we'll arrange it when we can.
Can my spouse or partner join?
Yes. Anyone involved in your plans can join the same call. It helps to have their documents at hand too.
Is 30 minutes enough?
For most first questions, yes. If your situation is complex, you can book two consecutive sessions, or follow up with an application review later.
Regular or same-day: which should I book?
They're the same 30-minute session. Choose same-day only if you need to talk today. Otherwise a regular consultation costs less.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. It's free up to 48 hours before your appointment, with a full refund. Less than 48 hours before, a $20 fee applies and the rest is refunded. If you miss the appointment without cancelling, the fee isn't refunded.
No one can guarantee an immigration outcome. Decisions are made by IRCC, ESDC, the provinces and Québec.
