What changed

The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) processing statistics page now states that the intake window position limit was reached for the Trucking sector on October 10, 2026.

This concerns the capped-sector intake window that opened on September 14, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. The Trucking position limit for that window was 150.

The page also updated the Retail figures for the same window. The position limit is 175, with 137 positions used and 38 remaining positions to be accepted.

Who it affects

The page lists Trucking (NAICS 48–49) as a capped sector for 2026. It says the following about capped sectors:

  • Employers in capped sectors can submit applications only during one of the six intake windows in 2026.
  • Only workers with six months or less on a valid work permit are eligible to submit immigration applications.
  • Each position requested on an Employer Position Assessment (EPA) counts toward an intake window limit.
  • Figures are updated daily (Monday through Friday) during the intake window or immediately upon reaching the limit.

Date

The Trucking limit was reached on October 10, 2026. ANAS CANADA detected this change on October 14, 2026.
