Regular consultation. We go over your situation, the programs that may fit, and what to do next. You leave with a clear list of next steps.

Same-day consultation. The same 30-minute session, for time-sensitive questions. Regular consultations are booked at least 24 hours ahead; a same-day consultation can be booked up to 1 hour before the start time, when a slot is available.

Application review. An online meeting for people preparing their own application, to review the application package before they submit it. It involves no representation before the government: we are not declared as your representative, and you submit the application yourself. We go through your forms and documents with you, flag errors, gaps and inconsistencies, and answer your questions about the application. Complete your forms and gather your documents before the session. If you aren't there yet, book a regular consultation first.

Complex cases may need more time. You can book consecutive sessions.

How booking works

  1. Choose a service and a time. Available times are shown in your own time zone.
  2. Sign the consultation agreement. Before you pay, you read and e-sign a consultation agreement, as the CICC Code of Professional Conduct requires (s. 23). It sets out the scope of the consultation, the fee, Anasse's licence number and the College's role. You choose English or French, and you upload any government-issued photo ID in the name you book under, such as a passport, driver's licence, national ID card, Canadian PR card or residence card (or a professional regulatory body photo ID). You get the signed copy (PDF) by email after payment.
  3. Pay securely. Pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. Taxes are calculated and shown before you confirm.
  4. Get your confirmation. A confirmation email arrives with the date, time, amount paid and your Zoom link.

If you paid but didn't get a confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder, then send your receipt or a screenshot of the payment to contact@anascanada.ca. We'll confirm within one business day.

What to prepare

  • Your questions, written down, so we can use the time well.
  • Your passport and your current status document in Canada, if you have one.
  • Language test results and educational credential assessments, if you have them.
  • A short summary of your work history and education.
  • Any refusal letters, officer decision notes or letters from IRCC.
  • For an application review: your completed forms and all supporting documents, ready to share before the session.

A quiet place, a stable internet connection and a device with a camera help the call go smoothly.

Rescheduling and cancellation

  • You can reschedule or cancel free of charge, with a full refund, if you tell us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Use the "Manage my booking" link in your confirmation email, or email contact@anascanada.ca.
  • If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, a $20 cancellation fee applies and the rest of the consultation fee is refunded.
  • If you don't attend and haven't cancelled (a no-show), the consultation fee is forfeited.
  • If a technical problem on our side interrupts the call, we reschedule at no cost.

The full terms are in our booking policy.

After your consultation

If you'd like us to handle your application, we send you a written service agreement with the scope, fees and timeline. Nothing is charged for full services until you sign it. See the payment schedule.
